DATABANK

DATABANK is an online database program available only to licensed hospital associations and member hospitals. Since 1985, DATABANK has served as a centralized location for the collection and analysis of hospital utilization and financial data for health care facilities and their associations nationwide.

The secure, web-based, customizable database offers comparable sources of data such as average length of stay, outpatient statistics, charges and expenses per day or per stay, uncollected charges, number of days in accounts receivable gross, profitability and a number of personnel statistics. Data is collected through DATABANK every month to provide timely snapshots in key information categories.

The DATABANK program is currently licensed for use in more than 20 states. All members of the Colorado Hospital Association can access DATABANK as long as they submit the required monthly data.
